The proposed bill to help Wall St. has failed on the first vote in Congress and many people are worrying that everything is going to get worse. CREDIT will be very hard to get...and many small businesses will suffer.
The HEADLINE NEWS all around the world is concerned with the financial upheaval on Wall St. After 7+ years of the G.W. Bush Administration....borrowing millions of dollars from China to help finance the unnecessary War in Iraq ...and after the HURRICANE KATRINA calamity.... all the other blunders and scandals -- now they want the American taxpayers to bail out the slicksters on Wall St. And the worst part of this idea was that Sec. Paulson & G.W. Bush wanted the taxpayers to pony up $700 billion -- and let them do with the money as they pleased -- without any judicial review...without any supervision, and without accountability for the spending of the money.

AN ANALOGY MAY HELP EXPLAIN THIS SCENARIO: ... Wall St. is like an ALCOHOLIC that keeps going to the bar everyday to get drunk. The bartender knows he has a problem but continues to serve him more and more liquor. Then one day, the ALCOHOLIC has an accident...hits another car, jams up traffic for many miles and causes a lot of damage. But the drunk does not ask for "therapy" -- the alcoholic asks for MORE LIQUOR...and wants other people to pay for it.
Medical Insurance companies have converted "Health Care" into nothing but a "profit based business" designed to cheat sick people. Auto Insurance companies have cheated millions of people out of payments for their injuries received in accidents. And all of these BIG COMPANIES have been permitted to get away with their outrageous FRAUD and scam on the American people.

We could fund our public schools, rebuild delapidated buildings -- and pay our teachers double their salaries.
We could increase the amount of UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS...
MOST AMERICANS DO NOT TRUST G.W. BUSH. His approval rating is below FREEZING -- something like 29%. It all sounds like another one of his mis-guided scams....like the fabricated stories of WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION ....lies that were told. We are paying dearly for those fabrications. Most Americans feel like we have been "mugged" by big time operators and some politicians. Senator Obama warned us against the War in Iraq and he also warned us years ago about the problems with "lack of regulation" and Wall St. "credit addicts."

* Neglect and abuse of the environment... extinction of animals, and climate change.
* Millions of people who have no health care insurance or access to hospitals.
* Major problems in funding our public schools, lack of quality education, etc.
* Civil rights abuses -- "JENA 6-type justice" in nearly every city -- and illegal torture....
* More than half-million jobs lost in the first half of 2008 -- and continuing losses.
* The PATRIOT ACT-- police brutality, and illegal Gov't spying on American citizens.
*And what about bailing out people who are trapped in the bad loans and crazy mortgage deals?
And what can be done to stop all the borrowing from China ?
* And what about an investigation of the FRAUD and MIS-MANAGEMENT that has occurred that caused this problem?
*And what about all the people who have been victimized by CLIMATE CHANGE -- such as: those in the Gulf Coast areas-- Galveston, TX, ...NEW ORLEANS, etc.???
Is there any help for them?

APPOINT A SPECIAL PROSECUTOR TO CRIMINALLY INDICT ANYONE ON WALL STREET WHO KNOWINGLY CONTRIBUTED TO THIS COLLAPSE. Before any new money is expended, Congress must commit, by resolution, to criminally prosecute anyone who had anything to do with the attempted sacking of our economy. This means that anyone who committed insider trading, securities fraud or any action that helped bring about this collapse must go to jail. This Congress must call for a Special Prosecutor who will vigorously go after everyone who created the mess, those who took MILLION DOLLAR PARACHUTES while the public is losing their jobs, homes, savings, etc. --- and anyone else who attempts to scam the public in the future. PLUS-- There absolutely must be some provisions to get money into the hands of home-owners, workers and tax-payers.
So how about some GRANTS???
INSTEAD OF sending the American tax-payers the little $600 or $300 checks (economic relief)— give the tax-payers some real money. How about $5,000 per person or maybe even $25,000 per citizen. If they issued enough of these GRANTS...people could purchase “energy efficient or bio-diesel cars” too….thus helping the environment — and getting us off addiction to foreign oil also. We could also fund companies who are creating “green jobs” — in order to create more jobs.
* YOU DO THE MATH -- 200 million citizens X $25,000 = ???
Even if the Fed. Gov’t issued each American citizen ONE MILLION DOLLARS...that would cost us less than the $700 billion “bail out.” At that rate, people could pay off their mortgages, medical bills, and debts —thus truly stimulating the economy.
Until and unless there is more financial assistance for American citizens...then the Congress should NOT APPROVE any type of help for Wall Street operators.

CONGRESS IS WORKING ON A REVISED BILL
TO HELP OUR ECONOMY.
Can the problems created by greedy, callous Wall St. operators and
the BUSH ADMIN.'s ridiculous "deregulation policies" .... be fixed?
IN A MAJOR EFFORT TO PUT OUT THE FIRES...Congress came up with a revised bill:
After making many changes to the first proposed bill, the Congress did
arrive at another plan: "The Economic Stabilization Act of 2008."
Because of Senator Barack Obama's additions which gave taxpayers
some protections, such as tax relief and having Wall St. repay the loan,
the bill was signed into law. Senator Obama stated:
"It is an outrage that the Bush Admin. has lead us to such a dire financial situation."
Obama and Biden were not happy with the fact that after 7+ years of Republican
domination and the Bush Admin. --the nation's finances were in deep trouble.
The Congress and the public were put under a great deal of stress and
mental pressure because of horrible financial policies of the
Republicans...such as "deregulation." John McCain was one of the
Republicans who supported these awful Bush policies. In fact, McCain
wants to "deregulate" some aspects of the Health Insurance industry.
Of course, there are some -- like Libertarians-- who are still dissatisfied
with this plan, but the nation's entire economic situation was
in jeopardy and there had to be some action taken. The next step
is to get the Republicans out of the White House and to change
the laws to help regulate the banks. Perhaps there will be some
Senate hearings and attempts to prosecute those who messed up.

THE PROBLEMS ARE GOING to get much worse....before getting better. Why? The damage is so deep and so serious. Although we are facing several major threats...including: terrorism, sickness, economic crisis, climate change, homelessness, wars, educational and health care problems -- there are 2 issues that top the list --
#1 THREAT -- Financial Crimes -- Deregulation, Scams, Greed, & Lack of Accountability
#2 THREAT -- Global Warming-- resulting in Climate Change.
The financial disaster of 2008-- which led Congress into issuing Wall Street bankers billions of dollars as a "bail out" has not solved our problems. Millions of jobs have been lost. States such as California are going broke --- while simultaneously the Big 3 Auto Makers are struggling to survive ---because consumers cannot get credit to buy cars.
But the banks have not been accountable for the use of the "bail out" money. Some of the top executives on Wall Street raked in BILLIONS OF DOLLARS in salaries and bonuses. FOR EXAMPLE -- The top Exec at Merrill Lynch was paid $80M last year. And they are still flying around in private corporate jets. When the Associated Press asked many of the Wall Street recipients of the "bail out" -- what they are doing with the BAIL OUT money? ...they could not answer with any specifics.

The corruption at the top is so awful....causing a "domino-like effect" that eventually effects other businesses and homeowners.
NUMEROUS REPORTS from agencies such as: The FBI, Attorney Generals, and other Consumer Protection Groups -- indicate that one of the biggest (main) threats to our security are FINANCIAL CRIMES...such as the huge Ponzi Scam that the ex-head chief of NASDAQ -- Madoff -- used to rip off billions of dollars.

And there are also the PYRAMID SCAMS-- cleverly disguised as -- ... "gifting plans" or.... "MLM Deals"--- "work-at-home" -- (and other titles for the same scam) that have become an epidemic out of control. Typically, the participants are asked to pay a lot of money to join -- and ultimately earn little or no profits from the deal. The owners and sponsors of the deal get rich at the expense of unsuspecting people who just wanted to earn some extra money.
Pyramid Scheme Alert, a consumer group focused directly on pyramid/Ponzi scheme fraud, charges that the Bernard Madoff Ponzi Scheme is the tip of a far wider pattern of pyramids and Ponzis. In a letter to the chairmen of the FTC and SEC, PSA charges that the lapse of FTC and SEC regulation has led to an epidemic of pyramid frauds, and it demands renewed regulation.
The SEC and the FTC over the eight years of the Bush administration have assiduously avoided investigation of Ponzi and Pyramids. After receiving detailed reports about failures to disclose the endless chain nature of Usana Health Sciences and Herbalife International, the SEC issued "take no action" letters.

Thousands of the best scientists have confirmed that HUMAN ACTIVITIES--- chopping down rainforests, burning excessive amounts of fossil fuels (gas, oil & coal) and dumping too much pollution in our waters(etc.) -- and the "green house effect" are causing serious damage to our planet. However, there remain some that act like they are blind and do not see the calamities that have been taking place recently -- monster storms, floods, hurricanes, blizzards, tornadoes and wild-fires.

They have websites, books and films about the impending NWO...and they promote a variety of assorted unproven, distorted and fabricated stories about Jewish Bankers, Freemasons, the Illuminati, Barack Obama, Democrats, --(etc.) -- but they themselves live in glass houses.
The issues about which they complain have not been caused by any of those groups. Yet, they don't raise much of a fuss about the Ku Klux Klan, Neo-Nazis or Neo-Cons. They claim that our Federal Gov't is going to imprison and kill a lot of people -- but they did a little of nothing to stop G. W. Bush's illegal invasion of Iraq.
Some of their supporters and followers managed to get off their couches to participate in a protest march or 2 --but for the most part...they have spent more time trying to slander and degrade Pres.-elect Obama -- than they have repudiating the awful actions of the Bush Admin. Ron Paul is a Republican.
Under the Bush Admin. our nation has lost millions of jobs -- but these people continue to harp on "Obama's flag pin" and other ridiculous, irrelevant crap such as that. THE SUPREME COURT recently threw out case filed by some of these same right-wing fanatics, which falsely claimed that Obama was not born in the U.S -- that he had no right to run for President, etc.
Yes, Ron Paul and Pat Robertson both have been involved in some activities that can be classified as "racist" and "illegitimate." He evades the issue of his publishing a RACIST NEWSLETTER for many years. Pat Robertson has continuously promoted all sorts of elusive theories (threatening foreign leaders and .... blaming God for things caused by humans) -- which make no logical sense. But they have not confronted the evil-doers (such as: the KKK) who have committed crimes against humanity right before our eyes. Why?
IF YOU SAW THE MOVIE: "The Matrix" -- this serves as a good analogy for what they are doing to us. And when "Mr. Anderson (Neil or Neo)" --- (Obama) comes on the scene to initiate CHANGE -- they have been trying to defeat him at every chance. Ron Paul and his organization could have been one of the "machines" in the movie too. All of these "conservatives" have fabricated stories and promoted positions that are in line with their own right-wing "religious dogma."
WE HAVE MET THE ENEMY (and they are not new)--- and they have been right under our noses (not in secret) --the same enemy that -- Harriet Tubman, Frederick Douglass, Dr. M.L. King, Malcolm X, Angela Davis, Steve Biko, Nelson Mandela, Obama's grandfather, and many other FREEDOM FIGHTERS have met.....since Christopher Columbus first came to the "new world" and started this NEW WORLD ORDER for the benefit of WHITE PEOPLE and their enterprises.
BIG BUSINESSES have shipped jobs overseas and raised prices on Americans who have lost jobs. ENRON, AIG, STATE FARM, GEICO, HOLLYWOOD, the AMA… and most of these big corporations have been gouging, cheating, and screwing the public for years.

some help from the people whom they have been harming with those over-priced

Pres.-elect Barack Obama, Senator Chris Dodd and others are calling for NEW LEADERSHIP in the Auto Industry, particularly at GM. They believe that the management is mostly responsible for the big problems, neglecting the marketing issues, and building poor quality cars that pollute the planet.
The Climate Change is definitely gettting worse. And that will effect our money too...since the price of food and everything will go up as farmers are unable to reap harvests from droughts and floods. Ray Charles could see that.
